Trust let’s talk about it!

Building Trust in recovery is one of the hardest things we must do because, for most of us, part of our addiction was based on the broken Trust by those who were supposed to protect us, especially as children.

Moving forward into recovery we are now faced with the challenge of trusting the process, the counselors, and the system which is asking us to let it help us, and heal us.

This process will require great faith on our part. Trust we haven’t given up in a long time. But it is the only way forward.

How do we choose the right person to Trust?

Only by creating a new level of trust, letting go of whatever fear we have about how they may judge us, or even reject us, we must try.

Remember this simple fact; recovery is not for them,

> family, employers, even the judicial system <

Recovery is for… * You *
